The company operates as a family-owned company, which is primarily engaged in the production, processing and sale of fresh and cured meat products and their derivatives, such as salamis, chorizos, sausages and hams in Spain and internationally. With registered head office and production facility located in Carchelejo, Jaén (Spain), the company was founded in 1960 by Mr. Bernardino González. The company's products include: cured meats, cooked pork leg and shoulder, cook cured meats and cold-cuts, smoked products, uncooked products, marinated products and salted products etc. Its products are marketed and sold throughout Spain and overseas, in cooperation with its local and foreign business partners and affiliates.
